2012 CWP partner family profiles

In February 2012, the lives of 155 Haitian families changed forever when they received the keys to safe, secure new Habitat homes.

Since then, they’ve planted vegetable gardens and started small businesses. They’ve enrolled their children in school and begun imagining futures for them that once seemed impossible.

This fall, another 100 families will move out of sweltering tents and begin pursuing their own dreams in the new community of Santo, the product of back-to-back Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Projects.
