Habitat for Humanity International’s only signature conference this year

Habitat on the Hill 2014 is your chance to gain valuable advocacy knowledge on issues important to Habitat, bring that knowledge in front of Congress and take it back to the field. Habitat’s eighth annual legislative conference promises rare networking opportunities and key information on trends in affordable housing and community development. Conference content will focus on affordable housing resources, National Service, energy efficiency, veterans’ housing, foreign aid reform and more.
In addition to attending plenary sessions and workshops, participants will spend a day on Capitol Hill, attending meetings in up to 400 Congressional offices and attend a legislative reception.
Habitat on the Hill 2014 will be hosted at the Grand Hyatt in the heart of the nation’s capital, within walking distance of the White House and the National Mall. Registration opens on World Habitat Day, Oct. 7, 2013.
