Humanity for Humanity completed the second year of NSP2 on Feb. 11, 2012, marking the start of the program's third and final year. We are poised to finish the final year strong, complying with all the terms of the grant agreement.

Habitat for Humanity produced this update for members of Congress, staff members at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Habitat supporters and the general public.

About the update:
It serves not only as a status update, but as a visual, statistical and descriptive account of our role in helping neighborhoods in need become neighborhoods in recovery.

This update consists of two parts:

• A summary of Habitat for Humanity's progress during the first two years of the grant.
• Participating affiliate inserts featuring neighborhood snapshots, program summaries and family portraits.

A final report will be produced in the second quarter of 2013.
