Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project 2009 participants gathered Sunday night in Vietnam to kick off of the week’s events. During the opening ceremony, Habitat for Humanity homeowners, volunteers, government officials and Habitat Vietnam staff shared a meal and a spirit of building excitement.
