Build and rally April 21 through May 4, 2014

Care-A-Vanners completed 140 builds in 2012.
...Thanks to all of your contributions of time, energy, materials, tools and miles on your rigs.  This tremendous accomplishment is the paycheck we all work for on those hot, cold, sunny, rainy days putting homes together with our partner families.

The momentum behind this continues into 2013 as there are 75 more builds on the schedule — and that is only through June 2013 — with many more to come later in the year.

We are adding new build sites and participating affiliates in 2013.
...Which means our program is "on-the-grow."  Among others, Springfield, MO, comes into the Care-A-Vanners program in April and May 2013 with a build program located in a subdivision of other Habitat-built homes done by their local volunteers. We are pleased to team up with an energetic affiliate in Springfield. 

Coincidentally, Springfield will be the site of the 25th Anniversary celebration in spring 2014.

We are also adding new Care-A-Vanner volunteers and rigs.
...The other important way in which our program is growing. We hope they will feel especially welcome to the Anniversary event in 2014 as we pay special attention to the many who have gone before us, and to acknowledge and encourage the many who are still going.

The 25th Anniversary event:
What: The build phase is planned for multiple homes to go up in their Habitat subdivision.
Where: The Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield, MO.
When: Beginning April 21, 2014.

Care-A-Vanners Rally:
What: Our celebration event.
When: Held over the middle weekend dates of April 26-28, 2014.
