Work schedule:	Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
Type of work:	Depending on the timeline of the start of the summer, we plan to be working on the final touches of a prefabricated home (adding garage, ect), the beginning stages of a single-family home and potential for repair project work.
Parking location:	Larson Manufacturing for parking of rigs in the Larson facility parking lot. They have 30 amp electrical for 8 sites, the water spigot is about 100 feet east of the storage building. The access to the fitness center, bathrooms and showers is now by key card. CAV’s will be required to fill out a liability waiver but the card allows for 24/7 access to the facility. The facility offers an indoor pool, fitness center with multiple exercise machines, an indoor basketball/tennis/pickleball court, bathrooms and showers. Larger Class A rigs will need to use the sites on the south side of the building since the other side has a large slope that precludes leveling of the rig. The fitness center is the severe weather shelter for the site.
