ADS Foundation announces $1 million partnership with Habitat for Humanity International to help expand access to affordable housing
The three-year partnership will support Habitat’s mission while creating opportunities for ADS employees to help build stronger communities across the country
HILLIARD, Ohio (Sept. 21, 2026) — The Advanced Drainage Systems Foundation, or ADS Foundation, today announced a three-year, $1 million partnership with Habitat for Humanity International to help create access to safe, affordable housing across the United States.
The collaboration expands a decade-long relationship between Habitat for Humanity and Infiltrator Water Technologies, part of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., bringing that longstanding work to the broader ADS organization.
“At ADS, we believe strong communities begin with strong foundations, and that means ensuring people have safe, affordable places to call home,” said Kevin Talley, president of the ADS Foundation. “This partnership allows us to make a meaningful investment across the country while working with an organization that shares our focus on improving quality of life and building a more resilient future.”
The relationship also reflects the growing role ADS plays in the residential market. With the addition of NDS and Infiltrator, ADS has expanded its portfolio of solutions that help homeowners effectively manage water and protect their homes.
This work aligns with the ADS Foundation’s focus on building resilient and sustainable communities through recycling, education, mental health, housing and water. At the heart of its housing pillar is a simple belief: everyone deserves the comfort and security of a safe home. Working with Habitat for Humanity puts that belief into action by helping more families access affordable housing and build greater stability.
The expanded effort will begin in October, with the ADS Foundation investing $350,000 in its first year, including sponsorship of a home in Winter Garden, Florida, as part of Habitat for Humanity’s 50th anniversary. Over three years, the Foundation’s $1 million investment will advance Habitat for Humanity International’s work and organizational capacity, while also providing opportunities for ADS employees to participate in Habitat initiatives.
“We are grateful to the ADS Foundation for their partnership and generous investment in Habitat’s mission,” said Charlita Stephens-Walker, vice president of corporate partnerships and cause marketing at Habitat for Humanity International. “Together, we can help more families achieve the safety, stability and opportunity that come with an affordable home while strengthening communities across the country.”
