Marking the 25th year of partnership with AmeriCorps, Habitat for Humanity will hire 325 AmeriCorps members for the 2019-20 service year with the support of a $4.93 million federal grant.
The news was shared with a ceremonial passing of the hammer between Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region and Twin Cities Habitat during the closing ceremony of this year’s weeklong blitz build in Charlotte.
The Harvey Hubbell Foundation, the charitable foundation managed by Hubbell Incorporated, today announced it is continuing its partnership with Habitat for Humanity, contributing $100,000 to Habitat’s Homes, Communities, Hope + You campaign.
