Carter Work Project Rural Rally

Oct. 26-31, 2025

To shine the light on the need for more affordable housing in rural America, Habitat is holding its first-ever Rural Rally as part of the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project

During the last week of October, home builds and rehabs in more than 60 rural communities, stretching across at least 20 states and all regions of the U.S., are taking place alongside the project’s signature large-scale build in Austin, Texas.
