Eaton partners with Habitat for Humanity International, committing more than $1 million in donations over a two-year period
ATLANTA (June 26, 2025) — Habitat for Humanity International and Eaton, an intelligent power management company, are entering the second year of their global partnership. This year, Eaton employees will help build more than 20 new homes around the world.
At the initiation of the partnership in 2024, Eaton committed more than $1 million to Habitat to help build homes in partnership with families over a two-year period, with plans to expand the agreement in the coming years. So far, more than 300 Eaton employee volunteers have contributed more than 1,800 hours and participated in a variety of projects with local Habitat affiliates across the globe, including new home construction and repair projects and playhouse builds, and providing critical support for communities affected by natural disasters.
“The partnership between Eaton and Habitat for Humanity International exemplifies our commitment to fostering sustainable and vibrant communities,” said Amy Pausche, director of community affairs at Eaton. “Through our collective efforts, we are not only building homes, we’re also empowering families and creating a lasting impact in the neighborhoods where we live and operate.”

The global company has a goal of recording 250,000 annual employee volunteer hours by 2030.

About Habitat for Humanity
Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity found its earliest inspirations as a grassroots movement on an interracial community farm in south Georgia. Since its founding in 1976, the Christian housing organization has since grown to become a leading global nonprofit working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and more than 70 countries. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Through shelter, we empower. To learn more, visit habitat.org.
