2025 State of the Nation’s Housing report

Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies has released their 2025 State of the Nation’s Housing report, co-sponsored by Habitat for Humanity. The report paints a troubling picture for homeownership as well as record cost burdens for renters. See five key takeaways from the report. 

Wells Fargo Foundation donates $4.6 million to Habitat for Humanity International to benefit more than 200 families across the U.S.

Habitat for Humanity International and Wells Fargo have worked together for over 30 years to increase housing affordability and help build more prosperous communities. Today, Wells Fargo is donating $4.6 million through the 2025 Wells Fargo Builds program to support new home construction, renovation and repair to benefit more than 200 families in more than 130 communities across the U.S.
