*Donor relations and institutional fundraising (including experience with bi- and multi-lateral donors)
*Monitoring, evaluation, accountability & learning (MEAL) for housing programs
*Disaster resilience housing solutions
*Housing finance, grant management & compliance
*Land tenure, policy reform, and housing rights
*Fundraising professionals
