CHICAGO, January 3, 2012 – For every new “like” on Valspar’s Facebook page, $1 will be donated to Habitat for Humanity to support the construction of simple, decent and affordable housing.
The award will be used to help Habitat affiliates across the U.S. further address the systemic barriers that have prevented many underserved populations, particularly Black Americans, from owning homes.
The U.S. Congress has given final approval to legislation that Habitat for Humanity International says will expand and improve opportunities for impact investing around the world.
