Join international team

Myanmar, 1-10 March

In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Habitat’s Global Village program, please join our unique team as we build homes with families in Myanmar.

“Atu Hsau!” means “Let’s build together!” in Burmese, which precisely grasps the spirit of this trip. Our aim is to assemble a team of volunteers from countries around the world, to join hands to build disaster-resilient houses and sanitary latrines in one of the 15 villages in Thanatpin township, one of the poorest areas in the Bago region. Together, we will not only improve housing conditions in the Bago community, but we will also have a chance to learn from one another about our own different cultures.

We are looking forward to welcoming participants from all around the world
