In 1991, five volunteers opened Habitat for Humanity’s first-ever ReStore in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Today, there are more than 1,000 ReStore locations across six countries, all contributing to Habitat’s vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
A tsunami is a series of large ocean waves created by major earthquakes, underwater volcanic activity or landslides into the ocean. It may take a tsunami hours or mere minutes to reach shore, so it is important to be well-prepared and know how to respond quickly and effectively.

After her partner died, Dina feared that she would be unable to make ends meet on a single income and wanted nothing more than to provide a safe and stable home for her daughters. Now, her dreams are coming true with support from Habitat and Wells Fargo Builds.
